SOLD – 2704 Oak Road #77, Walnut Creek

It was such a pleasure to welcome the Smith family to homeownership last week! I loved every minute of working with this adorable family to find a more spacious home for their family in an excellent school district.  We searched across several cities in the East Bay, and after they decided that they loved Walnut Creek the best, we focused on finding them a good sized condo there in their price range.  We also needed to find a home that wasn’t too far from Bart so that the commute into San Francisco would still be convenient.  Fortunately, we found a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in their ideal price range right near the Bart station — a rare combination!

Thanks to the Smiths for working with me!

SOLD – 393 Cherrywood Avenue, San Leandro CA

I am thrilled to have closed on this cozy 2-bedroom home in San Leandro on Monday! Thank you to my client, Martin, for putting your trust and faith in me to help you find a home.  It has been a pleasure to help you buy your first home!

After getting beat on a few properties in a competitive market (including a property that received 50 offers!), and after the first position buyer fell out of contract, I was able to get Martin into contract and negotiate the price down to save him a few thousand dollars off the purchase price. Proving that even in a hot market, homeownership can be attainable (with some patience and a little help from a skilled realtor).  In the end, it was all worth it to get him this well-maintained home on a corner lot in his ideal location.

SOLD – 571 4th Avenue, San Francisco

It was an incredible pleasure to help my client buy this stunning 3-level home in the Richmond district, San Francisco, this month.  After a few weeks of looking for the right home, and a couple of failed offers that were beat by cash buyers, we beat multiple other offers to get them an even better home in their preferred location.  Things really do happen for a reason, and I am so thankful this worked out for the best!

If you are thinking of buying a home but are worried you can’t compete in today’s market, let’s talk! I can help make it happen.
